Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Please note, if you are buying during a festive, holidays and sale periods, this may be extended up to a few additional days. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified via email of dispatch details.

Once an order has been handed to our shipping providers, the delivery time frames are subject to their capacity to meet the below timeframes:

We do our best to be transparent about shipping times, and while most parcels arrive on schedule, occasionally there can be unexpected delays in transit that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. If you parcel is late, please email us at shoptruebub@gmail.com for assistance in tracking. 

Need to return your order?

It's simple! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it back to us.

To receive a full refund to your original payment method, returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin your return, simply email us with your order number and we’ll provide you the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged, defected item, please email shoptruebub@gmail.com so that we can investigate. We will assess the situation and work to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement, discount, store credit or refund.

Please note: all items undergo rigorous quality control checks both before shipment and upon return.

Once return is received. It will undergo an assessment process before confirming the refund amount and method. It may be in the form of a store credit or refund to specified payment institute. Refund processing time can take up to 14 days.
