Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Please note, if you are buying during a festive, holidays and sale periods, this may be extended up to a few additional days. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified via email of dispatch details.

Shipping Providers:

Once an order has been handed to our shipping providers, the delivery time frames are subject to their capacity to meet the below timeframes:

UK: 3-5 Days
Australia: 5-10 Days
United States: 4-8 Days
Anywhere else in the world: 5-10 Days

Notice: Large and bulky items, require special handling and logistics. Please allow for possible additional time beyond the estimated shipping timeframe. We appreciate your patience!

We do our best to be transparent about shipping times, and while most parcels arrive on schedule, occasionally there can be unexpected delays in transit that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. If you parcel is late, please email us at shoptruebub@gmail.com for assistance in tracking. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

True Bub™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
