RETURNS POLICY

Need to return your order?

It's simple! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it back to us.

To receive a full refund to your original payment method, returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin your return, simply email us with your order number and we’ll provide you the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a defect, please email shoptruebub@gmail.com so that we can investigate. We will assess the situation and work to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement, discount, store credit or refund. Please note: all items undergo rigorous quality control checks both before shipment and upon return.

Once return is received. It will undergo an assessment process before confirming the refund amount and method. It may be in the form of a store credit or refund to specified payment institute. Refund processing time can take up to 14 days.

Condition of returns

All items must be returned with original tags and in the original packaging.

What cannot be returned

Items purchased on a sale are final and cannot be returned. Items that are worn & used and not in its original state. Items with missing pieces to its original state. Items with missing or damaged parts or packaging caused by the receiver.
